We are looking for soft skills trainers who are passionate about helping students become Industry ready by helping them think better, speak better and work better.

**Soft skills Training preference**:

- Personal Effectiveness Training
- Behavioral Skills Training
- Public Speaking Training

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed Voice & Accent and culture training (US clients) and coordinate with training students.
- Create an open and learning environment and engage students through fun format and methodologies.
- Support On Job Training/Nesting period by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed.
- Create a professional journey for students & help achieve desired results.
- Share the child's progress, needs, focus areas, interest areas with the team and suggest and seek feedback for the IT Jobs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
