The Medical Records Executive is responsible for the management, organization, and maintenance of patient medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. The role ensures the timely and accurate filing, retrieval, and safeguarding of medical documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update patient medical records (physical and electronic).
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and filed promptly after patient discharge.
- Track missing or incomplete documentation and follow up with relevant departments/doctors.
- Handle requests for medical records from patients, clinicians, legal bodies, and insurance companies as per protocol.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection of all medical information.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate record documentation.
- **Minimum 1-5 years of experience in MRD within a hospital setting (mandatory)**:

- Coordinate with departments for timely discharge summaries and reports.
- Archive old records following hospital retention policies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree i
- Certification in Medical Records or Health Information Technology is a plus.
- **Mandatory prior experience in MRD within a hospital setting.**:

- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding, and healthcare documentation standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
