Travel Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities for group and individual tours.
- Liaise with vendors, guides, and local partners for smooth execution of travel services.
- Respond to client queries, share itineraries, and manage special requests with professionalism.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Attend **outdoor meetings**, vendor site visits, and coordinate logistics on-site when needed.
- Participate in **MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)** events, trade shows, and travel fairs to support business growth.
- Travel with groups occasionally to ensure service quality and handle real-time issues.
- Meet B2B Partners and Understand how can we help them

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for travel and willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Multilingual abilities
- Familiarity with popular destinations across India, the Middle East, and Asia
- Basic knowledge of travel software/systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,044.00 - ₹30,368.00 per month
