We are searching for an MIS executive who will be responsible for preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly reports/ dashboards for a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- The incumbent will be responsible for publishing and circulating all MIS-related requirements like daily/monthly, monthly dashboard preparation, staff performance calculations, collation of master data, etc.
- Prepare and circulate various data for supporting the team.
- Work closely with the operations team for preparing the data and report.
- Automate all input MIS and input data from systems to avoid errors/discrepancies
- Creation of exceptional ad hoc reports supporting executive-level requests for critical business information
- Good interpersonal skills, Adaptability to changes in process, and Flexibility.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Workforce & MIS Management (Capacity Planning experience is preferred)
- Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Access / SQL, etc, and have the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner.
- Capacity Planning experience is preferred.
- Must be a Graduate or hold the equivalent Degree.
