**Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive**

**Corporate Office Location**:AMCO Tower, Sector 9, Noida 201301

**Responsibilities you would handle**:
1. Present the NNL ONE app and facilitate downloads in nursing colleges. Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions.

2. Collect student and faculty data for NNL's use.

3. Shortlist potential Student Ambassadors from nursing colleges.

4. Obtain permission to host exhibitions in nursing colleges.

5. Distribute leaflets and display posters in colleges and key areas.

6. Offer the Nursing Decode series as a complimentary item and gather student feedback.

7. Focus on marketing the NNL ONE app effectively.

8. Engage with coaching institutes, hospitals, and colleges in your assigned area.

9. Drive group, institutional, and individual sales

10. Oversee marketing, sales, promotion, branding, and dealer coordination within your territory to ensure Decode series availability.

11. Follow a four-step approach: brand building, increasing downloads and data collection, and driving sales.

12. Aim for an achievable sales target of 1 Crore net through dealers and institutions.

13. Maintain strong PR with area dealers and institutions, sharing product info, handling orders, and collecting payments.

14. Stay current on marketing strategies and NNL ONE products; explore new promotional techniques.

**Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Qualifications**: Any Graduate or Post
- graduate from the Sales and Marketing or relevant field

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
- Good in sales & marketing conversions
- Must be from the EdTech Industry
- Must have good communication & convincing skills
- Flexible in traveling (10 to 15 days per month) **
- **Energetic Fresher can apply**

**Compensation**:
**20K to 25K **+ Medical Insurance + Bonus + Gratuity + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments

**Employment**:

- **Mode of working**: Work from Office
- **No. of working days**:6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)
- **Shift Time**: 09:30am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 06:30pm

(Total 08:30 Hours + extra time just only when needed)
