Customer Care Service Planner

This role also is responsible for defining Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) and the timely release of spare parts global warranty distribution channels. The planner acts as the key touchpoint for all warranty needs or changes driven by markets or the business.

You are responsible for
- Act as category focal point for new service part creation, changes during life cycle and end of Life service planning and communication to global Regional Distribution centers, service centers and call centers
- Serve as key touchpoint within Consumer Care groups or external parties to answer technical questions and provide information and documentation related to service
- Monitor component and accessory part changes throughout the product life cycle to update warranty and service parts within the change management system[s] and the corresponding Service Manuals
- Define warranty parts, consumer replaceable parts (CRP’s) and non-warranty parts per project launch.
- Ensure products are available online for purchase
- Maintain and update master lists for Service Manuals, part pricing, agent product reference guide, CRP’s, global contacts, & work templates for QMS input.
- Maintain work instructions and processes for this role and update as needed including org changes, tool changes, or other.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) creation of consumer product finished goods and product release cycles
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and processes.
- Project Management experience, including strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple global projects within various constraints, leading cross-functional efforts to achieve desired results
- Experience in QMS (quality management system) and CRM (customer relations management) tools
- Ability to organize and maintain large data sets in order to retrieve information in a timely manner.
