We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Planner to join our team. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing our clients' financial situations and crafting comprehensive plans to assist them in achieving their financial goals. Your expertise in investment strategies, risk management, and financial analysis will be crucial in providing tailored recommendations to our diverse client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, investments, and long-term goals.
- Develop personalized financial plans aligned with clients' objectives, considering risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial circumstances.
- Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities, asset allocation, retirement planning, and estate planning.
- Collaborate with clients to monitor and review their financial plans regularly, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with evolving goals and market conditions.
- Stay updated on financial trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice and maintain compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's degree or CFP certification preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) working as a Financial Planner or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, taxation, and retirement planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification such as CFP, ChFC, or similar credentials would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
