Job Description: B-smart Application Support Executive (Level-2 SME)

Enzen is a consulting, technology, engineering and innovative service provider for utility customers within UK and

across other geographies. We are currently recruiting for B-smart Application Support SME with Level-2 skillset in

India to support existing BAU and ongoing projects related works.

For this role, you will:

**Responsibilities**:

- You will closely work with Application Lead and responsible for delivering day-to-day activities w.r.t BAU

and Project (New CR’s & SoW’s) activities
- You will be responsible for working with Infra / DevOps / Integration (Salesforce Mulesoft) teams to create

new / upgrade Application environments

- Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle.

- Communicate with release managers from different IT departments.
- Support the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully.
- Attend the CAB meetings to discuss the release with the team and find roadblocks, if any.

**Required Skills**:

- Primary Skill
- Extensive and hands on experience in Oracle forms & reports
- Experience in Oracle forms compilation is MUST
- Extensive and hands on experience Unix development & support
- Creating, automating and updating Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL) scripts for generating user requested

reports
- Good experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Requirement Analysis,
- Secondary Skill
- Database management; providing data to users by creating scripts as per user’s requirement,

performing data manipulation on user’s request and resolve the data issues

on the Cloud & DB related activities

infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
- Extensive experience in System Analysis, System Design, Development, Configuration

Management and Release Management
