**Job Summary**

E-Commerce Executive profile for interns/freshers. The position requires analytical abilities, a creative approach, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Amazon Merchant’s accounts with hands-on working experience in Amazon Seller & Vendor Central.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Work to grow an e-commerce business by making improvements to customer experiences.
- An E-commerce analyst is responsible for analysing the online retail sales data for a business. As an E-commerce analyst, your job duties include generating online sales reports, analysing trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online retail market.
- Ensuring the performance, proactive approach & quality deliveries to Managers/Reporting Authority.
- Assuring and reporting progress, and status to the relevant managers or clients.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Sound Knowledge of MS Office & EXCEL (mandatory)
- Proficiency & understanding of the eCommerce product & service Industry.
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Written & Verbal
- Project management skills with an excellent ability to organise complicated tasks and issues
- Eager to learn & adopt new techniques and tools
- Keen understanding of the eCommerce ecosystems and client needs

Experience: E-commerce: 0-1 year (preferred)

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
