**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our IVF & Fertility Hospital in Chandigarh.

**Patient Coordination**:

- Coordinate and manage patient schedules for consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatments.
- Provide information to patients regarding fertility treatments, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure a smooth and compassionate patient experience throughout the fertility journey.

**Clinical Operations**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration with the medical team.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and safety of clinical services.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to clinical activities.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with fertility specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among clinical staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and assist in audits as needed.

**Education and Support**:

- Provide educational resources and support to patients regarding fertility treatments, medications, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for clinical staff on new protocols and procedures.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve clinical services.
- Implement best practices and stay updated on advancements in fertility treatments.
- BAMS / BHMS, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Coordinator in an healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of treatments, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in f healthcare.

Experience: 03 To 5+years

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
