JJob Title: Sales Executive (Auto Paint Industry)

Location: Faridabad

Salary Range: INR 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Industry: Manufacturing - Spray Paints for Automobiles

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the automobile industry

Education Qualification: Graduate

Vehicle Requirement: Two-wheeler

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales, ideally within the automobile industry, to join our team. This role will focus on developing and managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and promoting our spray paint products for vehicles like cars and tractors. With clients including Maruti, Hyundai, and Mahindra, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to make an impact within a leading manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Order Management: Generate new sales opportunities, secure orders, and ensure the timely execution and delivery of orders.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales service directly to customers and through our Distributors/Dealers network.
- Technical & Product Support: Assist with product sample approvals and offer technical support to end users, ensuring our products meet client specifications.
- Payment Management: Manage and expedite payments of outstanding bills and statutory forms in coordination with the finance team.
- Sales Activity Tracking: Record daily sales activities in the CRM to maintain accurate records and support strategic sales planning.
- Special Assignments: Handle additional tasks as assigned to support business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales & Marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of automotive products and technical product promotion.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Comfortable logging daily activities and tracking progress in CRM tools.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler for travel purposes.
