**Job Title:field Marketing Executive**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Marketing Outreach Executive** to promote our company's services by directly engaging with potential clients. In this exciting role, you will blend creativity with strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role at **Global Matrix Solution**, located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The **Marketing Outreach Executive** will oversee market planning, research, communication, and marketing activities on a daily basis. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach new potential clients through field visits and networking.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to present the benefits of our offerings and address initial queries
- Meet with potential clients to introduce and explain our company's services.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with potential clients,ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
- Collect and document client requirements for internal team follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on progress and opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive strategies
- Attend relevant trade shows and Events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent Written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or fieldwork is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing, computer software and online for maintaining records.
- Comfortable traveling locally and interacting with diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time management.
- Self motivated and flexibility to work.
- Relationship building.

- Salary = 20,000 (15,000 +5000 Incentive)
