Digital Marketing - JD

**Responsibilities**:
Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses

Content production, scheduling and curation for all social media channels, including but not limited to IG, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter

Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

Define most important social media KPIs

Manage and oversee social media content

Measure the success of every social media campaign and monitoring campaign budgets.

Influence and manage social media outreach efforts

Maintain engagement with social media followers and users

Optimize the use of all social media channels

Measure and prepare report of performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Work with other marketing, delivery and other team members to hit organizational goals and objectives

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field

Proven working experience in digital marketing

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Solid understanding of HTML, Wordpress, CSS, and JavaScript is required

Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
