Key Responsibilities
- Office Management:
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments for employees and executives.
- Organize and schedule company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
- Coordinate the events.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy standards.
- Financial & Budgetary Support:
- Assist with processing invoices and ensuring timely payment of office-related bills.
- Help track office-related expenses and assist with budget planning.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
