Work-Time: Full Time Location: Remote (India) Company: Frenchify with Vyom Inc. Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 INR / month (based on experience) Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (aligned with 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Canada) Role Overview Frenchify with Vyom Inc. is a Canada-based online education company that helps professionals and international graduates learn French and achieve Canadian PR through structured online programs (A1–B2 levels, TEF/TCF Canada preparation). We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Admin & Operations Coordinator to act as the central communication link between the sales team, instructors, students, and the founder. Your role will be to keep Frenchify’s daily operations smooth, transparent, and accountable — ensuring students are onboarded properly, instructors are coordinated efficiently, and all processes are documented and reported accurately. Responsibilities: - Act as the main communication link in the organisation. - Oversee student onboarding, renewals, and support messages. - Maintain and update student and instructor records regularly. - Coordinate weekly schedules, attendance, and instructor deliverables. - Track enrolments, payments, and renewals through CRM or Google Sheets. - Prepare daily and weekly reports for the organisation, summarizing key updates. - Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and document action points. - Keep Google Drive and internal files organized. - Support smooth operations across platforms used by our organisation. Qualifications: - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal English communication - Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and online CRM tools - Reliable internet connection and ability to work during Canadian business hours - Ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision Preferred: - Prior experience in online education, operations, or admin support roles - Familiarity with TEF/TCF Canada or French learning programs - Comfort communicating in basic French (not mandatory but a plus) How to apply: Send your resume to: frenchifywithvyom@gmail.com or apply directly via LinkedIn.
