We are currently seeking a **Business Analyst** to support our management team with data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic reporting across a variety of business initiatives.

**Position: Business AnalystKey Responsibilities**
- Assist managers in collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical support for financial valuations, M&A activities, and strategic reports.
- Build and maintain robust financial models in Excel to support business forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making.
- Use advanced Excel techniques to perform sensitivity analysis, ROI calculations, and financial projections.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
- Create clear, detailed analytical reports including charts, graphs, and executive summaries to present insights.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Support ongoing business projects with relevant data insights, competitive intelligence, and market studies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Commerce background preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in Business Consulting, Corporate Sales, or a related domain.
- Understanding of business concepts such as FP&A, M&A, ROI, and KPIs.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and accessible format.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
