**Job Title**: Research Associate

**Project**: Baseline and Term 1 Impact Evaluation for Coffee Development Project

**Location**: Remote

**Duration**:2 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in the design and development of tools
- Collect necessary data from the target audience
- Analyse the data and prepare the findings of the study
- Submit a final report for the monitoring and evaluation exercise
- Ensure that the project adheres to the timeline and is completed within 2 months
- Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to complete the project
- Ensure that the evaluation is carried out in a transparent and ethical manner

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and the local language
- Experience in conducting studies using research methodology and techniques.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
