**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive
**Location**: Kolkata
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits to promote products/services and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client feedback.
- Provide timely reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
