**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing administrative assistance and ensuring that office facilities and supplies are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office filing systems and databases.
- **Facilities Management**:

- Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
- Order and stock office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Arrange catering for meetings and events as requested.
- **Document Preparation**:

- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Scan and file documents electronically as needed.
- **Data Entry and Record-keeping**:

- Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic systems.
- Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with record-keeping and documentation for HR and accounting purposes.
- **Support Team Projects**:

- Provide support to various teams and departments as needed.
- Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an office support role or similar position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
