**Job Summary**

The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing beverages/food items, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a great café experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and food items as per café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, kitchen, and dining area.
- Operate POS/cash register, handle billing, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines.
- Assist teammates in daily café operations and meet service targets.
- Uphold brand values and contribute to creating a friendly, welcoming environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous café/restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Work Schedule**
- Rotational shifts (morning/evening) based on café operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,552.85 - ₹15,318.09 per month
