Role: Content Creator/Main Face (Female)

This role involves conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and coordination with editing team videos to effectively convey key messages and engage the target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Video Conceptualization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand video requirements, goals, and target audience.
- Scriptwriting: Develop scripts that effectively communicate key messages and align with the brand's tone and style.
- On-Screen Presence: Serve as the main face of the videos, delivering content with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
- Video Shooting: Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, sound, framing, and composition.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that videos align with the brand's guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual and tonal identity.
- Video Optimization: Optimize videos for different platforms and devices, adjusting resolution, aspect ratio, and file formats.
- Audience Engagement: Create content that captivates and engages the target audience, encouraging viewership and interaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader objectives.
- Personal Development: Stay updated with industry trends, video production techniques, and storytelling methods to continuously enhance skills.

Video Conceptualization:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand video goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts that align with the brand's messaging and communication objectives.
- Present proposals and obtain feedback to finalize the video concept.

Scriptwriting:

- Develop clear and concise video scripts that effectively convey key messages.
- Ensure scripts align with the brand's tone, style, and objectives.
- Incorporate storytelling elements, compelling narratives, and calls-to-action as required.

On-Screen Presence:

- Serve as the main face of the videos, delivering content with confidence, authenticity, and enthusiasm.
- Master public speaking and presentation skills to engage and captivate the audience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on camera.

Video Shooting:

- Plan and organize video shoots, considering locations, props, lighting, and equipment requirements.
- Direct the production team, ensuring proper framing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the camera operator and other crew members to capture high-quality footage.

Video Optimization:

- Optimize videos for different platforms and devices, adjusting resolution, aspect ratio, and file formats.
- Ensure videos are compatible and visually appealing across various platforms, including websites, social media, and video hosting sites.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align video content with broader objectives and campaigns.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance video concepts.

Personal Development:

- Stay updated with industry trends, video production techniques, and storytelling methods
