As a Social Media and Content Creator at our interior design firm, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging content for our social media platforms, managing our online presence, and keeping up with industry trends. This is a hybrid role that combines creativity with strategic planning, photography skills, and a passion for interior design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create captivating content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) that showcases our projects, design inspirations, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of our work.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring analytics.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize your photography skills to shoot high-quality images/videos of our projects, products, and events.
- Edit and enhance photos/videos using editing software to maintain a cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the interior design or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent photography and photo editing skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Proficiency in content creation tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for interior design and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
