**Key Responsibilities**:

- Site Observation & Measurement**: Conduct regular site inspections, observing and measuring ongoing work to ensure it meets project specifications
- **Work Monitoring**: Ensure that the work is progressing according to the approved plan and AutoCAD designs
- **Team Coordination**: Allocate daily tasks to technicians and helpers, monitor their progress, and ensure proper execution of work
- **Progress Reporting**: Track and report on worksite progress, identifying any issues or delays, and proposing solutions
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to maintain project flow and resolve any challenges on-site

**Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- **Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
**- **4-5 years of experience in site supervision and/or project management
**- **Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to understand and interpret site drawings
**- **Proficiency in Excel for reporting and tracking project data
**- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members and clients
**- **Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure smooth work progress and timely completion
**- **Ability to assign tasks effectively and manage work assignments
