Preparation of PCP tracker with a focus on approvals
- Preparation of Project Budgets with a focus on approvals
- Assistance and coordination in preparation of TOR, EIA, SEAC and SEIAA presentations and reports
- Coordinating between Design, Liaison and external consultants to ensure the generation of Municipal plans as per the company’s requirements
- Preparation of key presentations for approvals from Management
- Assistance and coordination in preparation of feasibility studies during the initial stages of the project
- Preparation of Market and Competitor intelligence reports for the management
- Preparation of Business Review for the Senior Management including Chairman, MD and CEO
- Assistance in preparation of Region, Project, and Department reviews along with providing analysis of the same to the Management
- Conceptualization and implementation of automated real-time dashboards for the Senior Management
- Improvement of critical processes like PO-PR in terms of TAT and user effectiveness
- Coordination between departments for running cross-functional Innovation projects like Flexible homes, etc.
- Preparation of corporate presentations to Investors
- Analysis of new Product streams like Data Centre, Warehousing, Co-Living, etc.
- Evaluation and recommendation of geographical locations for probable sites/ projects and feasibility analysis
- Analysis of international real estate companies for key learnings like Evergrande, etc.
- Drive advocacy initiatives in collaboration with respective functional heads.
- Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
