**About Us**:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **SEO and Content Strategist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our SEO strategy and content creation, focusing on driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and increasing brand visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Strategy**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords, analyze trends, and ensure we are targeting the right terms for maximum visibility and traffic.
- **Blog Planning & Content Creation**: Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar for blogs, ensuring content aligns with SEO best practices and our brand’s voice. Write, edit, and optimize blog posts.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize blog content, including the creation of optimized meta tags (titles, descriptions), heading structure, and internal linking to improve organic search rankings.
- **Backlink Strategy**: Develop and implement an effective backlink strategy to build high-quality backlinks that enhance the domain authority and ranking.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Use tools like **Ahrefs**, **SurferSEO**, and Google Analytics to track keyword performance, organic traffic, backlinks, and other KPIs. Provide regular reports on performance and opportunities for optimization.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Regularly monitor competitors’ SEO performance and suggest areas of improvement for our website and blog.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing best practices to ensure we are ahead of the curve in our strategy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **SEO** (minimum 3-5 years), specifically in keyword research, on-page SEO, backlinking, and blog writing.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with **SEO tools** such as **SurferSEO**, **Ahrefs**, **Google Analytics**, and **Google Search Console**.
- In-depth knowledge of **SEO best practices**, content optimization, and ranking strategies.
- Ability to research, analyze, and implement data-driven decisions for SEO and content strategies.
- Knowledge of **content marketing** and **blogging best practices**.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing**, **Communications**, **Journalism**, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an in-house or agency SEO role.
- Strong understanding of **content marketing** and its role in SEO.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
