Roles and Responsibilities
- Aware and self learned in historical importance/ Heritage/culture/geography/tour routes of destinations.
- Co-ordinate with various DMCs for pre planned and customised tour packages
- Proficient in basic of tourism industry - Group/FIT, Accommodation/Transport/Flight booking/Visa / Insurance.
- Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements
- Understand clients requirement and offer packages accordingly
- Coordinating with operations team.
- Handling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiries
- Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of international / outbound tour packages
- Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
- Assisting clients with visa processing, flight ticketing and pre-trip formalities
- Post sales file operations, Invoicing
- Achieve the assigned sales targets
- Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
- Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must
- Have passion for Sales and customer service is must
- Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint
- Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred but not a constraint
- Must have knowledge of world geography, hotels & airport preferred but not a constraint

**Education Qualification**:

- Graduation/MBA in Tours and Travel Industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
