**Position - Operation Executive**

**Duties & Responsibilities -**

**Data Entry**:

- Accurately input and maintain data related to inventory, customer orders, and other operational metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Generate reports and analyse data as needed to support decision-making processes.

**Inventory Management & Customer Order Fulfilment**:

- Manage data entry for items in trackers and Odoo platform.
- Generate e-way bills and transfer notes for customer orders and inventory allocation between the Boutique and warehouse.
- Coordinate the delivery schedule for luxury furniture orders, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
- Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize delivery routes and minimize transit times.
- Address any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly and professionally and escalate them to management as required.

**Preparation of Presentations for Customers**:

- Create presentations for clients based on specification from the Sales team.
- Compile relevant data and product information to customize presentations.
- Ensure presentations are delivered in a timely manner and aligned with brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree (any stream).
- Experience in data entry, inventory management, and operations coordination, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
