**Responsibilities**:
**Artist Representation**:Act as the official representative of DJ ANKUR, negotiating and securing performance opportunities on his behalf.

**Event Booking**:Identify and pursue potential booking opportunities, including concerts, festivals, tours, and private events. Maintain relationships with venue owners, promoters, and event organizers to secure bookings.

**Contract Negotiation**:Negotiate performance contracts with venues, ensuring favorable terms for the artist, including compensation, rider requirements, and other relevant details.

**Tour Planning**:Collaborate with DJ ANKUR and other team members to plan and coordinate tour schedules, taking into account logístical considerations, travel arrangements, and budget constraints.

**Promotion and Marketing**:Work with promoters and marketing teams to promote upcoming shows and events, ensuring maximum attendance and exposure for DJ ANKUR.

**Financial Management**:Manage the financial aspects of bookings, including budgeting for tours, handling payments, and tracking expenses related to travel and accommodations.

**Networking**:Continuously build and maintain a network of contacts within the music industry, including venue owners, promoters, other booking agents, and industry professionals.

**Industry Trends and Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, market demand, and audience preferences to strategically plan bookings and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Problem Resolution**:Address any issues that may arise during the booking process, including scheduling conflicts, contract disputes, or logístical challenges.

**Client Relationship Management**:Foster strong relationships with artists, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their goals and preferences.

**Legal Compliance**:Ensure that all booking contracts comply with legal and industry standards, protecting the interests of both the artist and the booking agency.

**Performance Evaluation**:Evaluate the success of bookings based on factors such as attendance, audience response, and overall impact on the artist's career.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Booking Agent or similar role in the music industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the music industry, including venues, promoters, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a broad industry contact list.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Knowledge of contract law and legal aspects related to the entertainment industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
