**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior fabricators and welders in daily shop floor tasks.
- Learn and support operations such as **cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and welding**.
- Help in material handling, marking, and preparation for fabrication work.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines strictly.
- Support logistics and material movement as required.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of mechanical/fabrication tools.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on workshop environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Awareness of shop floor safety practices (training will be provided).
- **Hindi language knowledge preferred** (to coordinate with workers/suppliers).

**Eligibility**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Welding, or Fabrication preferred (not mandatory).
- **Valid Driving License is compulsory.**:

- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fabrication shop environment.
