**Trainers Job Descriptions**:

- Organize workshops and seminars to enhance teaching skills of selected teacher to deliver WING curriculum.
- Delivering wing curriculum to students of different schools at defined schedule.
- Work with teachers & schools to prepared well-structured lesson plan for the success of training deliveries in schools.
- Identify the objectives: Clearly define what the training is intended to achieve.
- Collaborate with management to create a training manual for different schools from same territory.
- Mentor teachers and provide support in classroom training to students.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with school administrators to maintain teaching standards.
- Assist in curriculum planning and development to enhance educational quality.
- Mentor and support new teachers, helping them to integrate into the school environment.
- Collaborate with school administrators to ensure teaching standards are consistently met.
- Requirement to become Trainer:

- Passionate about teaching.
- Strong analytical ability, conceptualization and writing skills, and articulating ideas in clear and succinct manner.
- Basic knowledge of DSLR camera and videography.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident with the ability to conduct training workshops to students & teachers.
- Able to work independently and as a part of team.
- Able to inspire team members, as well as peers.
- Positive mindset

**Desirable Skills**

1. Exposure to Pedagogy Techniques and student centric learning activities.

2. Experience of developing course materials, Lesson Plans.

**Required Essential Qualification**
- Graduation in any discipline (Full Time/Regular) from any good University
- Mass media or any multimedia field Degree or diploma
- Trainers’ certification or diploma, Knowledge of canva video editing and shooting ability with DSLR camera will be added advantage.
