About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Life Skills Trainer & Program Coordinator who can not only deliver high-impact life skills sessions but also take ownership of curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a multi-dimensional role ideal for someone who wants to shape the future of learners and contribute to an evolving life skills education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Curriculum Development
- Conduct in-depth research on global and Indian life skills frameworks.
- Design and update age-appropriate, contextually relevant life skills curriculum.
- Align curriculum with student needs, school boards, and societal demands.
2. Training & Delivery
- Facilitate engaging and impactful life skills sessions in schools and partner institutions.
- Customize training approaches based on audience (students, teachers, parents). - Use interactive tools, stories, activities, and real-life examples for maximum retention.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain long-term relationships with students, teachers, parents, and school administrators.
- Be the point of contact for schools under the life skills program.
4. Strategic & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Guide the Marketing & Research Team to position and communicate the Life Skills Program effectively.
- Support the Sales Team by training them on program USPs, student outcomes, and pitch narratives.
- Work with leadership on the pricing model and product-market fit.
5. Team Building & Vertical Growth
- Support recruitment for the Life Skills vertical - trainers, interns, volunteers.
- Train, mentor, and monitor team members for session delivery and curriculum execution. - Lead internal capacity-building workshops for content and pedagogy development.

Preferred Skills & Attributes - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. - Strong facilitation and public speaking skills. - Understanding of psychology, child development, or education frameworks. - Project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills. - Passion for youth development and transformational education.

Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field. - Certifications or training in Life Skills, SEL, Counselling, or Coaching preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
