**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of e-commerce, including digital marketing, product management, and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced team to contribute to the growth and success of our online business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Assist in product listing and categorization on our e-commerce platform.
- Update product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Support social media marketing campaigns by creating engaging content.
- Contribute to SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Process orders and handle returns and exchanges.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports on website traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
- Use data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- **General Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
