**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our growing team. This internship will provide valuable experience in the world of e-commerce and online retail, including working with digital marketing, product listings, customer service, and website management. You will work alongside the e-commerce team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to enhancing the customer experience on our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with updating and maintaining product listings on the e-commerce website (e.g., adding product descriptions, images, and pricing).
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, customer engagement, and sales performance.
- Help with managing customer orders, returns, and inquiries.
- Assist with product inventory management and stock tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product promotions and content.
- Assist in optimizing the user experience (UX) on the website by ensuring product pages are clear and user-friendly.
- Help implement and maintain product categorization and tagging for easy browsing.
- Perform competitor research to understand industry trends and best practices.
- Assist with content creation for product descriptions, blogs, or social media posts.
- Prepare reports on sales, product performance, and other relevant metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
- Basic understanding of website management and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
