**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

**Content Creation and Curation**:
Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.

Curate relevant and shareable content from industry influencers and user-generated sources.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

**Community Management**:
Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Monitor and manage online reviews, addressing customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.

**Campaign Management**:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user participation and brand awareness.

Utilize social media advertising to target specific audiences and achieve campaign objectives.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and overall social media presence.

Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.

Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Intern or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
