**Job Summary**:
As a Digital Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Create and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts across digital platforms.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and social media tools/platforms.
- Attend industry events and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audience dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content and strategies for various audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
