As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our clients’ social media strategies. From creating engaging posts to building content calendars and analyzing social performance, you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing high-impact social campaigns. This hybrid role will allow you to work both remotely and onsite, offering flexibility while staying connected with our creative team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Planning & Strategy**: Develop and schedule monthly social media content plans that align with each client's brand identity and marketing goals.
- **Content Creation**: Work with our design and production team to create visually engaging and impactful social media content, including graphics, animations, and video.
- **Video Editing**: Utilize basic video editing skills to create short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with AVC's standards.
- **Canva & Design**: Use Canva to design quick, attractive graphics for social media, with an eye for brand consistency and visual appeal.
- **Posting & Engagement**: Manage daily posts and engagement across social platforms, responding to comments and messages to foster strong client-audience relationships.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimizing content and engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
- **Collaborative Ideation**: Contribute to brainstorming sessions with the creative and VFX teams to generate innovative campaign ideas and content themes.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- **Proficiency in Canva** and basic **video editing skills** are essential.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to bring new ideas to the table.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
