
Process Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers or prospects to deliver information, gather feedback, or perform other specified tasks.
- Follow predefined scripts or procedures while engaging with individuals over the phone.
- Gather and accurately record information obtained during outbound calls in the appropriate databases or systems.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to established quality standards and performance metrics to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed to accomplish organizational goals.
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication during all interactions with customers, prospects, and colleagues.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate relevant information to customers or prospects.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within specified timeframes to meet productivity goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and information recording.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information and customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹9,784.38 - ₹32,306.49 per month
