**About the Role**:
Virtual Building Studio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Process Improvement Executive** to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing workflows, optimizing tools, and maintaining operational efficiency across our services. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA (Operations) freshers or early-career professionals passionate about process excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and document existing operational workflows.
- Support process improvement initiatives under senior guidance.
- Manage and recommend improvements for customized in-house software to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process optimization opportunities.
- Prepare, organize, and analyze data using Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
- Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in preparing improvement reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- MBA (Operations) fresher or early-career professional (0-2 years of experience).
- Strong interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma concepts is a plus.
- Quick learner, adaptable to customized software tools and AEC workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a process excellence role.
