**Marketing and Outreach Associate**

**Office Timings**:Monday - Friday 10:00am to 7:30pm; Saturdays 10:00am to 6:00pm
**Weekly Off**:Alternate Saturdays

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the products and services of the company and articulating available resources to prospective market channels and identifying the overall operating model of the organization.
- Responsible for overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution including digital marketing, SEO, SMM, etc
- Build online marketing/visibility strategy with influencers, websites like Collegedunia, Shiksha, blogging sites like medium, quora, Instagram, FB, etc.
- Build brand awareness among target audiences for Undergraduate, Graduate, and Professional Programs.
- Lead overall admissions marketing and outreach networking process for TNI Career Counselling
- Organizing Online and Offline career counseling workshops and fairs for Students and Parents.
- Assist in Contacting school counsellors, placement cells, international networks, and coaching classes for business development activity.
- Conducting and executing Marketing Activities in - terms of Area Mapping, Branding, School, Colleges Presentations, and other institutions like coaching classes.
- Make presentations and conduct webinars as required to get leads and follow up with them.
- Create an events strategy and calendar of events to drive student/Institution engagement on the ground and virtually.
- Coordinate in generating individual, institutional, and corporate leads by pitching the company’s products and services through presentations, activities, and referrals, and following up with them.
- Communicate company services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
- Manage and support marketing plans for intended services carried out by the organization.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information. Work with other software to maintain information and communicate effectively.
- Provide daily reports to the supervisor on your tasks.

**Eligibility**:

- Must be a graduate (Economics, Business, Marketing will be given preference); having an experience in marketing is a plus point
- Use and intermediate knowledge of graphic software like Canva, and editing tools
- Savvy with technology and social media. WordPress and SEO
- Highly developed organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Understand the market & the industry trends, conduct research, and analyze data.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up-like organization is crucial
- Must have their own systems and software (laptop)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent research with writing and editing skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
