**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Academic Duties**:

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Political Science.
- Design and update curriculum in line with current academic and industry trends.
- Guide and supervise doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate research projects.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and tutorials to enhance student learning.
- Maintain academic rigor and foster a research-oriented environment.

**Research**:

- Conduct independent and collaborative research in relevant areas of Political Science.
- Publish regularly in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Present research findings at conferences, symposia, and academic forums.

**Service & Administration**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional development activities.
- Mentor students and junior faculty members.
- Contribute to community outreach and interdisciplinary programs.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**:
Ph.D. in Political Science or closely related field from a recognized institution with or without experience.
- Demonstrated research record with publications in reputed journals.
- Experience in guiding student research is desirable.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command of Political Science theories, methodologies, and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to teaching excellence and student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse academic environment.
