**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Pan-India Staff Monitoring**:

- Ensure all healthcare staff (doctors, nurses, technicians) reach patient residences on time.
- Monitor live and recorded **CCTV footage** (where available) to verify punctuality and service quality.
- Verify and maintain **attendance records** for all on-ground personnel across branches.
- **Branch Coordination**:

- Act as the central communication point between the **Head Office** and **all 8 branches** across India.
- Regularly check in with **branch coordinators and field staff** to track operations, resolve issues, and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update real-time **records of visits, attendance, patient feedback, and service logs**.
- Prepare and share **daily, weekly, and monthly reports** with management.
- **Support to Telecalling Team**:

- Assist **tele-callers** in verifying appointment schedules, service availability, and backend support.
- Collaborate with the telecalling team to help **generate, follow up, and close leads** for healthcare packages and services.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Proactively identify any service delays, customer complaints, or staff-related issues and escalate to higher management when required.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained across all regions.
- **Team Communication**:

- Stay in regular touch with field staff, team leads, and support departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Arrange virtual meetings or check-ins to align goals and share updates.

**Attendance Monitoring**:

- **Track and verify daily attendance** of all field and support staff across all branches.
- Ensure accurate check-in and check-out times are maintained using available tools such as **biometric systems, mobile apps, or manual logs**.
- **Cross-check attendance records** with service delivery schedules (e.g., home visits, patient appointments).
- Investigate and report any **irregularities or delays** in attendance or duty reporting.
- Coordinate with HR or branch managers for **leave approvals, shift changes, or disciplinary actions** related to attendance issues.

**Location**: Remote/Head Office - Vadodara
**Reporting to**: Operations Head / Management
**Experience Required**: 3+ years in operations, team supervision, or healthcare services preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
