**Job Title: Mixing Supervisor**

**Qualification: ITI ,Diploma in Plastic / Polymer Technology**

**Experience: 2-5 Years (in plastics & polymers industry)**

**Responsibilities**:*
- Supervise and monitor the mixing operations for plastic compounds and batches as per defined formulations.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, additives, and chemicals for mixing.
- Operate and oversee mixing machines and ensure adherence to process parameters.
- Maintain quality checks of mixed batches in coordination with the QC team.
- Monitor batch records, mixing ratios, and maintain production logs.
- Guide and train operators/workmen on mixing processes and safety practices.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and cleanliness of mixing equipment.
- Coordinate with production planning team to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:*
- Strong knowledge of plastic/polymer compounding and mixing processes.
- Hands-on experience in industries such as cables, batchmaster, pipes, blown film, or other polymer processing units.
- Ability to supervise shopfloor operations and manage a team.
- Understanding of safety norms and housekeeping in mixing operations.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
