Required Education: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineer with min 2 to 3 Years Experience as Civil Sire Supervisor Profile.

- **Team Leadership**: Manage and coordinate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and site engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety meetings and training for all personnel.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track project progress, prepare reports, and update stakeholders on status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
- **Material Management**: Oversee the procurement and inventory of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities, ensuring timely availability.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process, escalating to management when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials used, and any incidents or delays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
