**North Indian Chef - Full-Time Position**

**Location**: Rishikesh
**Salary**: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month

**About the Role**

We are hiring a dedicated **North Indian Chef** for a full-time position at our restaurant in Rishikesh. The chef will be **responsible only for North Indian cooking** — including gravies, curries, sabzis, dal, rice, Indian breads, and tandoori items. No responsibilities for South Indian or other cuisines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare a full range of **North Indian dishes** (e.g., paneer gravies, dals, seasonal sabzis, biryani, pulao, roti, naan, paratha, and tandoori starters).
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and portion size.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness during food prep and in the kitchen area.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
- Use ingredients efficiently and help minimize waste.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **North Indian cooking**.
- Skilled in both tandoor and main-course gravies.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen during busy hours.
- Team player with a responsible and disciplined attitude.
