**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write **engaging, crisp, and brand-aligned video scripts** for Reels, YouTube videos, performance ads, and other digital content.
- Collaborate with **marketing, creative, and product teams** to understand Dermatouch’s tone, product benefits, and campaign goals.
- Translate **complex skincare and dermatological terms** into clear, informative, and relatable content.
- Conceptualize and develop **video ideas, hooks, dialogues, and CTAs** tailored for short-form and long-form formats.
- Adapt scripts for various formats — **expert-led videos, influencer collaborations, testimonials, and tutorials.**:

- Ensure all content is **SEO-friendly, trend-aligned**, and optimized for engagement and retention.
- Refine existing scripts based on **feedback, insights, and performance data** to enhance storytelling and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mass Communication, Journalism, English**, or a related field.
- **2-4 years of experience** in **video or digital content scriptwriting**, preferably in **skincare, beauty, or D2C brands**.
- Strong understanding of **storytelling structure, tonality, and audience engagement.**:

- Ability to **research skincare ingredients, trends, and consumer insights.**:

- Familiarity with **YouTube, Instagram, and Meta Ads** content formats and performance metrics.
- Excellent **writing, editing, and communication** skills.
- Experience with **dermatologist or expert-led content** will be an added advantage.
