We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our rapidly growing company and manage its day-to-day operations. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our ERP systems and ensuring the smooth running of all internal processes and departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the development and implementation of ERP systems and ensure their seamless integration into the company's operations.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure that all internal processes are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and systems to ensure the efficient and effective running of the company.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure that the company is on track to meet its financial and operational targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Lead the company's talent acquisition efforts and ensure that the company has the resources it needs to achieve its goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve the company's operational processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and scalable.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a senior operations role, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with their development and implementation.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale operations.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹2,062,477.04 - ₹3,018,882.29 per year
