**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Executive to handle end-to-end coordination of international shipments. The role involves managing export documentation, coordinating with manufacturing partners, and working closely with logistics service providers to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of made-to-order consignments as well as couriers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Export Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and manage the dispatch of export shipments in coordination with manufacturing units and freight forwarders.
- Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for booking containers/air shipments and ensuring timely pickup.
- Track shipment movements and resolve logistics issues when required.

**2) Documentation & Regulatory Compliance**:

- Prepare and verify export documents such as invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, COA, and MSDS.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific documentation norms.
- Coordinate with regulatory consultants or authorities for FSSAI, CDSCO, or other applicable certifications or NOC requirements.

**3) Courier Management**:

- Coordinate and track all incoming and outgoing domestic and international courier shipments for the company.
- Ensure proper documentation, timely dispatch, and receipt of couriered samples, regulatory papers, or official documents.
- Maintain logs for all courier movements and follow up on delays or discrepancies.

**4) Vendor & Internal Coordination**:

- Follow up with contract manufacturers for timely production and readiness of export goods as per order schedules.
- Ensure packaging and labeling compliance as per customer country requirements.
- Coordinate internally with the QA/RA and commercial teams for supporting documents and approvals.

**5) Process Improvement & Compliance Monitoring**:

- Maintain shipment records and documentation logs.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics like transit time and dispatch accuracy.
- Support in developing SOPs and checklists to streamline supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
