Project Coordinator

Role purpose: To support the fundraising efforts of our company improve donor relations, market position and achieve financial growth. Key responsibilities Deliverable Outcomes Fundraising -Support and facilitate fundraising content for the outreach to corporates, foundations and other philanthropic institutions -Research new funding prospects through online research, calling and networking -Support the relationship building process for donor management -Support due diligence and contract signing process Donor relations and data management -Prepare reports and manage reporting cycle to donors -Prepare and manage donor engagement activities -Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the organization’s data management system. -Track and record all fundraising activities and donor commitments Financial tracking -Track team expenses and collate the same -Verify the expenses against the receipts Person specification Qualification: -Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed University.
Prior Experience: -1-3 years of experience in Fund Raising Activities in NGO/ Trusts / Corporate fundraising platforms. Essential skills & attributes: -Database management, budgeting and Marketing experience knowledge -Ability to organize donor visits, donor management and compliance. -Outstanding collaboration skills, working across a diverse organisation - Sound organisational and people management skills -Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, strategic planning, proposal writing skills, and presentation skills. -Passionate about working for a social cause and making a huge difference in the lives of people.
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
