JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer

**Experience**: 4-8 years

**Location**: Bangalore

**Educational Qualifications**: BE/B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA
Overview:

- Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements and goals
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
Develop user interface designs that are consistent with brand guidelines and best practices
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and process
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
