**Overview**

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience, preferably in fintech, to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with product and development teams to enhance user experience through research-driven design.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, UX research, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Experience working with product and development teams in an Agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**
- Design user-friendly interfaces for fintech products with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs based on user research.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs.
- Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and devices.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices.
- Optimize designs based on A/B testing and user behavior analytics.
